REFUNDS & Exchanges (Online Orders)

Customers have 30 days after the purchase date to return the product with both tags in tact to receive an exchange or full refund. Returned products must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed.

Email info@haaladenim.com and we will provide you a free shipping label to send them back to us. Your credit card will be refunded when we receive the merchandise.

EXCHANGES (Purchases at shows)

Merchandise purchased at shows are exchange only. Show promotions are intended for personal fittings so customers can walk away with the exact size and style needed, avoiding the return and exchange process altogether. Merchandise must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed with both tags in tact. 

Customers who purchase from a show and later wish to exchange, are responsible for shipping the item back to us.

Email info@haaladenim.com and we will provide an address and outline the availability of sizing/styles available for exchange.

REPAIRS/DEFECTS

Free repairs on hardware that defects within 90 days of purchase. Although a rare occurrence, if you have a button or rivet needing replacement, we will repair it free of charge up to 3 months after purchase. Customer pays shipping to send it in, HAALA covers the shipping cost to send it back.

We must receive notification of any fabric defect within 2 weeks of purchase to be considered for an exchange.  Merchandise must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed with both tags in tact.  Email info@haaladenim.com
