REFUNDS

HAALA Denim offers refunds on full price orders.  Customers have 20 days after the purchase date to return the product with both tags in tact to receive a full refund. Returned products must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed. Since we offer free shipping on full price orders, the cost of shipping back a refundable item will be the responsibility of the customer. Full price orders may also be exchanged for merchandise of equal or lower value. Merchandise purchased with online discount codes or from 'show specials' are exchange only (see below).

Email info@haaladenim.com and we will provide you the address and details for shipping back your items. Your credit card will be refunded when we receive the merchandise.

EXCHANGES (Purchases at shows)

Merchandise purchased at shows are exchange only and must be exchanged in-person at the same show they were purchased from. Show promotions are intended for personal fittings so the customer can walk away with the exact size and style needed, avoiding the return and exchange process altogether. That is the savings we pass on to the customer for not having to support the logistics involved with return/exchange.  Merchandise must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed with both tags in tact.

Customers who purchase from the website with an online coupon code may exchange their merchandise via shipment outside of the show, but will be responsible for the cost of shipping the initial item back to us.

REPAIRS

Free repairs on hardware that defects within 90 days of purchase. Although a rare occurrence, if you have a button or rivet needing replacement, we will repair it free of charge up to 3 months after purchase. Customer pays shipping to send it in, HAALA covers the shipping cost to send it back.
